If you hate us, say so.

Don't disguise it with pretty words.

With "days of remembrance".

With history months and awareness months and every other month in the almanac.

With smiles and false kindness.

We see through the mask.

You still hate us.

We who do not look like you.

We who do not act like you.

We who do not think like you.

We who do not believe like you.

We who do not love like you.

Your painted goodwill does not fool us.

It's only natural.

You won't accept us as we are.

Only as a mirror to your "perfection".

Only as a joke you can laugh and jeer at.

Only as a feel-good article in your newspapers.

Only as a trophy you can pat your back at.

Only as a scapegoat for your problems.

Only as a monster you can slay.
